Counterterrorism Risk Analyses (MIR)

Hazards and how to avoid them

Today, most of the industrial protection segment is based on risk analysis. Event prevention programs and/or security programs are necessary to identify and investigate all aspects that may contribute to an event. Since incidents arise from the interaction of military & state intervention, both must be carefully examined.

Structural integrity damage can result from:

Ø Exhaustion, distraction, and operator overload,

Ø poor working conditions,

Ø inadequate operational planning,

Ø insufficient of expertise or poor training,

Ø insufficient of poorly described procedures,

Ø the use of undetermined defense mechanisms and equipment.

The MI-Risk assessment examines all areas in a systematic method to ensure that all aspects of incident development have been identified and analyzed. The following aspects, which can lead to serious incidents, are examined by our Risk Analysis (OS-L):

operator level

Ø Communication

Ø Risk management

Ø Operations / behavior

Ø Application of safety circles

Ø Level of education and level of further education

system level

Ø Mechanical integrity

Ø Maintenance and construction

Ø Emergency response and incident investigation

Ø Standards and procedures for defensive measures

Ø Company standards and responsibilities
